Born and raised in Akita, Japan, Kensuke Ikariya left the idyllic countryside at 18 to pursue his education and career in the bright lights of Tokyo. Eventually, armed with his knowledge of immigration law, a knack for business and a passion for helping others, Ikariya founded Japan Leading Administrative Scriveners' Corporation in 2009, in Shinjuku, Tokyo.
