We only take 50% of our fees upfront before beginning work on your visa. The remaining 50% we take as a reward only when the visa is approved.

Should the visa not be approved for any reason, we will personally speak to the immigration officer in charge of your case and find out any and all reasons for their decision.

Furthermore, we will use this information to improve your application and reapply on your behalf, up to 2 times if necessary, all completely free of charge.
